About the Project:

  • Unscripted Legacy will be a 12-minute Grade 6 Band piece designed with a single goal of organic and momentous growth. The work will churn relentlessly at the mercy of a dark, mysterious and powerful ground bass. This project celebrates the freedom from creative expectations that positively or negatively influence how we as artists will be remembered. To quote minimalist composer Philip Glass “I don’t think about legacy. I really don’t. I’ve cured myself.”
