Fantasy for two pianos is a piece that represents a deep longing for a release of tension. Harmonically the piece feels unsettled as the dialogue between the pianos has an underlying anxiety throughout. Rhythmically the piece fluctuates constantly with metered accelerations and decelerations throughout that push and pull the textures of the piece.

The work was composed for both of my former piano teachers: Luciana Soares and Michelle Parro. Without their guidance and the foundation they provided to me, the fulfillment of my musical dreams that I am living today would not be possible. This work is dedicated to them.
